What we do...

At RSA Consulting & Training, we strive to exceed your expectations by breaking barriers and changing the narrative. RSA Consulting and Training offers a multi-diverse background comprised of certified law-enforcement and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) facilitators and small group educators. Our training is aimed to prepare the federal sector, private sector and Law Enforcement community on how to “effectively” engage the people they serve and gain a better understanding of the needs of an ever evolving multi-diverse community.

Members are exposed, through carefully monitored activities by trained and certified instructors
Training is focused on helping members gain higher level of awareness while understanding that every demographic group within specific communities, communicate differently and respond differently to certain situations and behaviors.
Members will also:
- gain a better understanding of what micro-aggressions are,
- exposure to realistic real world scenarios and

Founder's background

The founder of RSA CONSULTING & TRAINING is Mr. Ray Anderson. Mr. Anderson was born in Brooklyn, NY where he spent his first 12 formative years and then his mother decided to return to her indigenous country, Trinidad and Tobago. Mr. Anderson completed high school there and then joined the United States Air Force in 1991. He then retired after 26 years of honorable service to his country.

Ray's previous experience includes 13 years in Security Forces (military police) and 18 years as an Equal Employment Opportunity professional. During this period he served as, superintendent and later director of equal opportunity programs at various assignments throughout his career. He has also served as an Equal Employment Opportunity Senior Instructor and Facilitator at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), Patrick Air Force Base, Fla.

Mr. Anderson’s professional military education includes the Airman Leadership School, Defense Equal Opportunity Course, Basic Instructor Course, Small Group Instruction/Facilitation certified, Noncommissioned Officer Academy, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer Academy, Basic Mediation Course, Equal Employment Opportunity Counselor and Specialist Course, Special Emphasis Program Manager, Disability Program Manager, and Four Lenses Trainer Certification. He also earned associate of science degrees in criminal justice and social services from the Community College of the Air Force, Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base, Ala., and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Trident University, Cypress, Cal
